Steve is a former professional rugby player and played for Leicester Tigers, England (England XV, England 7's, England 'A') and the famed Barbarians. His business growth systems are founded upon the principles of elite sport and his 20+ years in helping business owners to build successful firms.
His driving ambition is to support their CONVERSIONIZE Advisors and help as many business owners as possible to build and scale their organizations using CONVERSIONIZE.
He is the author of 3 celebrated books (The FORMULA, The MACHINE and Mentor SUCCESS).
Steve is married to Helen (his childhood sweetheart) and they have 3 children.
(look it's true... Steve did once have hair!)
PETER FINLAY (CO-FOUNDER/MD)
Peter has been business partner to Steve since 2004. Together they've built the UK's largest franchise consultancy, world's largest sales and marketing network for accountants and now they're developing one of the world's most successful business growth organisations helping business owners implement CONVERSIONIZE.
Peter has built a wealth of experience spanning some 40 years of working with business owners. He is one of the world's leading authorities on business strategy and is a sales, franchising and licensing expert.
Other than working on the business, with any spare time, Peter enjoys travelling to watch live sporting events and playing golf with Steve (and beating him!).

Kevin & Vicky Day (CONVERSIONIZE Expert Advisors)
Law-graduate Kevin and his Business Analyst wife, Vicky, work together to deliver CONVERSIONIZE to SMEs. Vicky has two decades experience as a Continuous Improvement practitioner, and Kevin, having worked for Barclays Bank, was a small business adviser who developed a particular interest in sales processes after studying with the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and working for an Essex-based advertising agency.
Keven says, "Nowhere else are the intricacies of a comprehensive sales system so well understood and finely tuned as they are with CONVERSIONIZE."
It’s the same eye for detail which has led Kevin (who, incidentally, has a Director’s Certificate in Cinematography from Brighton Film School) to be a published and exhibited photographer.
Edgar deRoos (CONVERSIONIZE Expert Advisor)
Edgar is a multifaceted advisor whose life is marked by a blend of professional achievement, and a deep appreciation for the world around him. Born with a curiosity for understanding of numbers, Edgar pursued a career in accounting, where he excelled in helping people address their tax needs. Over the years, his work has earned him recognition for not only his technical expertise but also his ability to think creatively. This blend of skills helps Edgar deliver game-changing results for our CONVERSIONIZE clients.
Outside of his professional endeavours, Edgar is an avid outdoorsman. Hiking, camping, and exploring nature are among his favoUrite pastimes, allowing him to unwind while staying connected to the natural world.
His hobbies also extend to golf and reading. Edgar has a passion for literature, often immersing himself in books that explore human experiences across different cultures and eras. He is also deeply interested in community service, regularly volunteering as treasurer for various Christian organisations. A lifelong learner, Edgar balances his career and hobbies with his dedication to personal growth, making him a well-rounded and inspiring CONVERSIONIZE Advisor.
Karim Doukir (CONVERSIONIZE Expert Advisor)
With a career spanning senior roles in sales, coaching, and learning and development, Karim bring a wealth of experience driving sales performance and conversion both in the UK and Internationally.
He's led high-performing teams, designing transformative strategies, and empowering individuals to exceed their potential in competitive markets. Becoming a CONVERSIONIZE Advisor was a natural step for him.
Deeply motivated to help others achieve extraordinary results, Karim's mission is to make a positive, lasting impact for business owners across industries and borders by equipping them with CONVERSIONIZE to inspire growth and deliver tangible success.
Beyond work, Karim is football obsessed, a lifelong supporter of Manchester United (oops!) and FC Barcelona.
His Moroccan heritage gives Karim a deep appreciation for cultural diversity, and as a proud father of four daughters, he knows firsthand the power of resilience, teamwork and focus. Karim combines professional expertise with a genuine passion for connection and growth, ensuring every client journey is impactful, practical and Inspiring.
Andrew Gibb (CONVERSIONIZE Expert Advisor)
Following a highly successful corporate sales career in cross border financial services, Andrew transitioned to working with owner managed businesses – initially with a Top 50 UK accountancy firm and latterly as a solopreneur helping ambitious SMEs adopt a more strategic approach to their marketing results.
Andrew says, "having first worked with Pete and Steve almost 20 years ago, I've seen first-hand how their unique systems-driven approach can make a profound difference to the lives of business owners who are hungry for growth.

Dan Glickman (CONVERSIONIZE Expert Advisor)
Dan’s diverse career spans local government, co-operative
societies, private sector, and entrepreneurial ventures.
He has vast experience of senior operational leadership,
relationship management, coaching, training and business development.
He has worked tirelessly across varied sectors and sizes of
businesses to help nurture and manage their growth journey.
In addition to being a CONVERSIONIZE Advisor, his experience spans IT, credit control and debt recovery, call centres, and homecare, always looking at opportunities to grow both personally but also growth for the businesses he supports.
For several years, he has contributed to nurturing care
businesses to maximise leads and sales opportunities delivering tangible growth.
Dan focuses on people, processes, service, and support, with
expertise in excellent customer service, and maximising sales.
What’s more, Dan has operated his own business, so has
witnessed first-hand, the challenges of business ownership, operations and the need to drive sales. His wealth of commercial experience, and work with business owners has meant a natural progression into the work of a CONVERSIONIZE Advisor to achieve more, and to grow more.
Dans drive is to nurture businesses, and to make a world

Outside work, Dan loves collecting music and is a passionate
and dedicated Formula one fan.
Jonathan Hooker (CONVERSIONIZE Expert Advisor)
Originally a manufacturing engineer by training, Jonathan moved after six years in line management to teach at Brunel University for three years and from there to PA Consulting Group for five years.
He has worked since then in coaching and consultancy spending 15 years as an independent consultant working mainly in the UK and Finland but living in France, before moving to Barcelona 19 years ago.
At that time his children, Louis and Guy, who were 10 and 11 years old, came to live with him and he became a full-time single parent. This led him to set up a psychotherapy, coaching and counselling practice from home. As the boys grew up and became more independent, he began working more in consultancy again. He has combined that with trips to Ghana over the last 15 years to work with OAfrica, which is a small charity that supports orphans and vulnerable children, and for the last eight years has also been working part time, as the chair of the board of trustees, for a UK charity called The Mankind Project (MKP UK&I) which protects men’s mental wellbeing in the UK and Ireland. In 2023 he moved back to the UK.
He is passionate about personal and professional development work and supporting everyone to show up as the best version of themselves professionally and privately. Becoming a CONVERSIONIZE Advisor, in Jonathan's words, "was a natural progression to help business owners go to the next level and beyond".
Andrew Hurrell (CONVERSIONIZE Expert Advisor)
With over 20 years of experience in the digital marketing industry, Andrew has dedicated his career to helping business owners navigate their paths to success.
Being a CONVERSIONIZE Advisor has taken this journey to the next level, giving Andrew the chance to deepen his expertise and broaden his perspective so he can support even more companies with their greatest challenge: achieving Predictable Growth.
When he's not immersed in strategising and optimising, you’ll find him staying active and recharged. Andrew plays paddle tennis and makes it a point to hit the gym at least twice a week. But the best part of his day (apart from working with clients!)? Taking his dog for a walk through the local nature reserve.
Long before marketing and sales became his passion, Andrew had a colourful chapter working at Butlins in Somerset during his early twenties - a time full of fun, laughter, and stories best saved for another day!
And, if you can remember the days of morning milk deliveries, you might be surprised to know Andrew was once a milkman. Just don’t start calling him Ernie!
Alex Redmond (CONVERSIONIZE Expert Advisor)
Alex is a qualified accountant and holds an MBA from the University of Leuven. He's worked with a wide range of SME's over many years through his own London-based accounting firm. His particular focus is on forecasting, analysis and driving business growth, using tools and techniques learned from previous experience in the manufacturing industry.
Alex says, "Having seen the benefits of CONVERSIONIZE at first hand, I
knew it was something I had to share with my clients and the wider business community, as so few businesses have really effective sales processes, let alone systems for managing the entire
customer experience."
When Alex isn't working or walking the dog, he likes to go to the
cinema and theatre, as well as travelling.
Cath Strachan (CONVERSIONIZE Expert Advisor)
Cath owned an Executive Search Company for 25yrs specialising in recruiting top-tier executives for businesses globally in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical Engineering, and Construction, emphasising the significance of strong leadership in achieving business success.
In 2015, Cath pioneered inclusive practices by introducing anonymised recruitment, a Best Practice approach that focused on bespoke job-specific questionnaires over traditional CVs.
After overcoming a challenging period recovering from Cancer in 2017, she transitioned to become a fully accredited Business Growth Coach, and Mentor, offering services in Diversity & Inclusion Audits and Business Growth Advisory Coaching & Mentoring aligning with my extensive prior experience.
Cath's dedication to continuous learning is evident through Open University certifications as a Personal Career & Mentoring Coach, Success Accredited Coach, and Business Strategy Coach. Her achievements include being named the National Coach of the Year in 2022. Alongside her work as a CONVERSIONIZE Advisor, Cath currently serves as the CEO of Scottish Business Network connecting businesses with global ambassadors, Community Manager at Govtech where she mentors new entrepreneurs, and Chair Scotland for Lean In Equity (Global Women in Engineering).
