Peter and Steve met in December 2004. Little did they know back then that they would forge a business relationship going strong after two decades. Their common ground was helping people build better businesses and throughout the years they've impacted the businesses and lives of tens of thousands of people through their books, seminars, training programmes, and services.

CONVERSIONIZE was born kind of by accident...

Over the years, there has been one common thread running through everything Peter and Steve have done... improving the SALES CONVERSION of every business they work with. It started with 'The FORMULA' (their ground-breaking system to grow any business) and it has remained a constant ever since. But having spent the last 3 years working with private clients, Peter and Steve found themselves focussing primarily on the conversion process of every client, because it was the one area that most businesses rarely focus on and consequently the easiest way to grow a business with zero extra spend on marketing or advertising.

Then once a powerful conversion system is in place (from visitor to sale), it's so much easier to grow and scale a business, because every extra penny or cent spent on marketing and advertising is generating a much higher ROI.

So in late 2023 Peter and Steve decided to focus solely on helping businesses with their sales processes and created the Conversion Academy and CONVERSIONIZE.
